Ci siamo rivolti ad Alex, non lo conoscevamo, ma sapevamo del negozio Tim. Alex, pur non essendo suoi clienti, ci ha aiutato con un reclamo direttamente a Tim ed il giorno dopo eravamo già abilitati al servizio mobile voce. Un grande grazie...
