★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestione assurda, mi lasciano avviso per ritiro assicurata il giorno 5 agosto dalle 8,20. Vado la sera del 5 a ritirare e mi dicono che ci sarà dal giorno dopo perché funziona così ma.. "i postini non lo sanno". Ho preso un permesso dal lavoro facendo i salti mortali per riuscire ad essere li negli orari indicati. Veramente incapaci e irrispettosi del prossimo.
Absurd management, they leave me notice for insured collection on August 5th from 8.20. I go on the evening of the 5th to collect and they tell me that it will be there the next day because it works like this but .. "the postmen don't know". I took a leave from work by jumping through hoops to be able to be there at the times indicated. Truly incapable and disrespectful of others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo!! come leggo dalle tante negative recensioni non credo che il direttore/direttrice leggerà mai queste( recensioni) altrimenti forse sarebbe il caso d'istruire meglio i suoi impiegati nel lavoro da svolgere!!
Bad service !! as I read from the many negative reviews I don't think the manager will ever read these (reviews) otherwise maybe it would be the case to better educate his employees in the work to be done !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Risulta un'impresa ardua prendere contatti telefonici con l'ufficio postale. Si passano ore a fare tentativi ma il telefono squilla a lungo a vuoto e poi cade la linea.Poi se la fortuna ti assiste qualche volontario si prende la briga di risponderti e la risposta e' infarcita di.... cosi' e' la procedura...non posso farci niente... faccia un reclamo (auguri!)
It is a difficult task to make telephone contact with the post office. You spend hours making attempts but the phone rings for a long time empty and then the line falls. procedure ... I can't help it ... make a complaint (best wishes!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, oltre a trovare impiegate urlanti, avevo un atto giudiziario da ritirare, dopo un loro tentativo di consegna il 28.01da loro scritto disponibile da oggi 01.02, già 4 giorni sono tanti ma ok, esco dal lavoro (Bentivoglio) e mi precipito a ritirare il mio pacco ma loro belli belli sorridenti mi dicono che devo tornare domani
Il tempo altrui evidentemente non vale nulla per loro
A mio avviso il saper lavorare e organizzare un ufficio non sanno neanche cosa voglia dire

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ti lasciano in buchetta un avviso di giacenza senza suonare minimamente il campanello così non puoi ritirare la raccomandata subito ma devi andare dopo 2 giorni almeno in ufficio postale.
Comportamento assurdo.
They leave a stock notice in your little hole without ringing the bell at all so you can't collect the registered letter immediately but you have to go to the post office after at least 2 days.
Absurd behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agli sportelli abbastanza gentili, ma il servizio postale e' pessimo! Il servizio "seguimi" funziona quando ne hanno voglia, adesso che ho affisso un poster al vecchio campanello con scritto "servizio seguimi" va un pelo meglio, basta non aver fretta. Una lettera con indirizzo giusto, contenente bollettino da pagare con data di spedizione 23 marzo consegnato il 29 aprile con busta stropicciata e scritte sbavate come se fosse stata in ammollo x un mese... impossibile comunicare con direttore o con qualcuno che abbia un minimo di voglia di migliorare... scandalosi!!! Siete dei mangiapane a tradimento! Fate lavorare chi ne ha voglia!
Nice enough at the counters, but the postal service is bad! The "follow me" service works when they feel like it, now that I have posted a poster on the old doorbell that says "follow me service" it's a bit better, just don't be in a hurry. A letter with the right address, containing a payment slip with shipping date March 23 delivered on April 29 with a crumpled envelope and smudged writing as if it had been soaked for a month ... impossible to communicate with the director or with someone who has a minimum of desire to improve ... scandalous !!! You are a treacherous bread-eater! Let those who want to work!
