I deduce, or rather, I am sure since I am a technician and I am also dealing with telephone systems and the installation of control units, which is not as soon as the call was "sorted" on the telephone line of one of the operators, I stayed for 2 minutes waiting for an answer from the operator, when suddenly, they deliberately activated the answering machine ..... I do not claim anything, but it angers me the way I do (in addition knowing of all the negative comments read)! The call was for quick information, that is, if deliveries ended at 5 pm like office hours or, after staying at home all day, I had to wait again and to organize myself so that there was someone at home. . It is not known, moreover my anger is due both to the fact that it is an Amazon package with guaranteed delivery today, because it is a Christmas gift and above all for having lost a whole day at home (which is not anyone's fault this) but yes that pisses me off having to keep waiting, postpone my commitments and ask for favors, all for the sole fact of not receiving (or rather "offering" given the various comments) a good service and not knowing whether or not I will receive the package today. .. Amazon will receive this same complaint because they are unreliable and not even minimal service. I apologize for the outburst and if at some moment I was without realizing, rude ... it is just an outburst, complaint and comment.

Service not serious. They had to deliver me a package on the first lap I wasn't at home so I contacted them for a second tour and they told me they were passing by Tuesday morning. I was home all morning waiting have not played and they left little hole in the card to go and collect the parcel

It has been a year that we have relied on them for our shipments and on hundreds of deliveries the problems can be counted on the fingers of one hand. They assist you in the whole process and therefore really recommended even for companies that have little experience in logistics. I have read the negative votes, some are really nonsense, especially because lately the customer wants the stuff not today for today but already from yesterday.

Scandalous!!! Since my area is in the province of Bologna and the parcel has reached Agency 2 which it is not clear what reason does not deliver to Argelato the parcel has been "kindly" sent back to the sender INVENTING the wrong address! There was no way to block it! They work like this and one of the answers received at the telephone customercare! Only answer: feel the sender who can make you a refund! Mah! SHOCKED!

The worst courier out there! After 4 days from taking charge of the parcel, he declares that he has attempted to deliver but no one was present at home (pity that the attempt was made during the covid quarantine period so I was necessarily at home!) Then after the first attempt, goods stopped in the warehouse for 5 working days! At the call center they answer me every day they would deliver the next day ... I had to ask the seller to cancel the order and refund! To be professional you have to commit yourself to your job ... but also to do so badly, you need just as much effort!

Shamefully, they say they delivered the package but they didn't. Even after phoning their office and reporting that the package was not delivered, they washed their hands saying that the basic package does not need a signature on collection. Too bad that where they say they have delivered there are no post boxes because both mail and deliveries are delivered in the hands of the staff who are always present! I hope that following all these negative reviews no one entrusts him with more deliveries.
