★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale mi ha letteralmente aggredito per come ho stampato i fogli di reso per un pacco di Amazon, presi dal sito senza modificare alcuna impostazione di stampa. Dopo averlo detto alle operatrici esse hanno affermato di sapere meglio di me come vanno stampati questi fogli poiché lo fanno da 40 anni (N.B. Amazon è stata fondata il 5 luglio 1994). Dopo aver chiesto se fosse il caso di ristampare questi fogli "alla loro maniera" mi è stato detto che non c'era alcun bisogno poiché il pacco sarebbe partito comunque e che in caso contrario a loro non sarebbe interessato. Concludendo, ci sono numerosi uffici postali a Bologna con un personale decisamente più professionale.
 The staff literally attacked me for how I printed the return sheets for an Amazon package, taken from the site without changing any print settings. After telling the operators they said they knew better than me how these sheets should be printed since they have been doing it for 40 years (N.B. Amazon was founded July 5, 1994). After asking if it was the case to reprint these sheets "in their own way" I was told that there was no need since the package would have left anyway and otherwise they would not be interested. In conclusion, there are numerous post offices in Bologna with a decidedly more professional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio più retrogrado e mal gestito che si sia mai visto. C'è sempre qualcosa che on line non puoi fare e che ti costringe ad almeno 40 minuti un'ora di fila, sempre. Il personale è sempre ridotto, oppure c'è ma davanti agli occhi increduli delle persone in fila fa altro. E comunque a parte qualche nuovo arrivato, tutte le signore agli sportelli sono spazientite, frustrate e quindi tutt'altro che gentili e educate. Gli sportelli bancomat all'esterno, che sono due perchè l'afflusso di gente in zona è enorme, non funzionano mai, e ripeto mai entrambi. Ci vogliono 20 minuti minimo anche per prelevare. Se potessi dare meno di 1 lo farei. L'azienda peggio gestita di sempre
The most retrograde and poorly managed service ever seen. There is always something you can't do online that forces you to at least 40 minutes an hour in a row, always. The staff is always small, or there is but in front of the incredulous eyes of the people in line, does something else. Anyway, apart from some newcomers, all the ladies at the counters are impatient, frustrated and therefore anything but kind and polite. The external ATMs, which are two because the influx of people in the area is huge, they never work, and I never repeat both. It also takes 20 minutes or less to withdraw. If I could give less than 1 I would do it. The worst managed company ever

Dopo 30 minuti d'attesa, in pieno lockdown, e solo per restituire un pacchetto Amazon, mi riceve un'addetta con i capelli corti a chiazze che mi aggredisce, dandomi del "tu" come se avessimo pascolato insieme le capre, dicendo minacciosamente parole testuali "ti do un consiglio, lo dico per te". Questo solo perché le avevo chiesto di restituire un pacchetto. La mia richiesta non era di suo gradimento. Mi ha preso il cellulare dalle mani con violenza per leggere il codice QR, e ha continuato ad offendermi. Poi, mi minaccia di non far arrivare il pacchetto a destinazione e di non farmi avere indietro i miei soldi. Al che, le do il consiglio di essere più gentile con i clienti e lì lei ha cominciato ad urlare come una pazza, e mentre io era già fuori dalle poste si sentiva la sua voce dalla strada.
Bello vero, prendere lo stipendio senza fare niente da mattino a sera, aggredendo i clienti per frustrazione?
No, non è bello. È solo patetico.
Se scopro che ci sono stati problemi con il mio pacco, alla luce delle minacce subite, non esiterò a denunciarli tutti.
Vergogna.
Aggression and threats to the post office
After 30 minutes of waiting, in full lockdown, and just to return an Amazon package, I am greeted by an assistant with short mottled hair who attacks me, calling me "you" as if we had grazed the goats together, saying menacingly words textual "I'll give you some advice, I'll say it for you". This was only because I asked her to return a package. My request was not to his liking. He took my cell phone violently to read the QR code, and continued to offend me. Then, he threatens me not to get the package to its destination and not to get my money back. To which, I advise her to be kinder to customers and there she started screaming like crazy, and while I was already out of the post office her voice could be heard from the street.
Isn't it nice, taking your salary without doing anything from morning to night, attacking customers out of frustration?
No, it's not nice. It's just pathetic.
If I discover that there have been problems with my package, in light of the threats suffered, I will not hesitate to report them all.
Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'incompetenza fatta ufficio. Il personale è davvero maleducato e aggressivo, con una preparazione pari a zero. Mi sono dovuta recare in posta per ben tre volte poiché non avevano la minima idea di come aiutarmi, affermando tutto il contrario di quello che gli operatori telefonici, a questo punto molto più preparati di loro, dicevano. La prima volta mi ha servita una signora con i capelli corti, super spazientita, che con aria di sufficienza mi dice che non poteva aiutarmi e di ritornare il giorno successivo. Il giorno seguente mi riceve una ragazza, la quale mi dice che l'operazione che ho fatto è stata inutile ed errata, al che le dico che mi sembra strano dal momento che avevo effettuato l'operazione con una sua collega al telefono. Mi dice che lei non può aiutarmi e ovviamente, dal momento che le costava troppo sforzo, non mi offre nessuna soluzione e anche questa volta mi manda a casa! Chiamo l'assistenza dove mi dicono che tutto quello che avevo svolto era corretto e rimangono allibiti da quanto mi avevano detto in posta. VERGOGNA! Assumente gente competente e educata!
The incompetence made office. The staff are really rude and aggressive, with zero preparation. I had to go to the post office three times because they didn't have the slightest idea how to help me, stating the exact opposite of what the telephone operators, at this point much better prepared than them, were saying. The first time I was served by a lady with short hair, super impatient, who smugly tells me she couldn't help me and to come back the next day. The next day a girl receives me, who tells me that the operation I did was useless and wrong, to which I tell her that it seems strange to me since I had carried out the operation with a colleague of hers on the phone. She tells me that she can't help me and obviously, since it cost her too much effort, she doesn't offer me any solution and this time she sends me home! I call assistance where they tell me that everything I had done was correct and they are stunned by what they had told me in the mail. SHAME! Hire competent and educated people!
