★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un giorno ho acquistato un articolo di cartoleria di circa 5 euro pagando con una banconota da 20 euro (gli unici soldi che avevo) e il proprietario mi ha quasi urlato lamentandosi che io ero stata l'ennesima cliente della giornata a pagare con 20 euro. Posso capire il disappunto, ma non ammetto la poca educazione nei confronti di un cliente.
One day I bought a stationery item of about 5 euros paying with a banknote of 20 euros (the only money I had) and the owner almost shouted to me complaining that I had been the umpteenth customer of the day to pay with 20 euros. I can understand the disappointment, but I do not admit the lack of education towards a client.

Rilevante il metodo di rilegatura mediante spirale, di gran lunga superiore all'usuale alternativa che si trova in ogni altra cartoleria bolognese (le molle "piatte", che tendono ad aprirsi e a strappare i fogli)
Great availability of the owner, excellent quality of service and reasonable prices. Relevant the spiral binding method, far superior to the usual alternative found in every other Bolognese stationery (the "flat" springs, which tend to open and tear the sheets)
