★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prodotti starebbero buoni ma il servizio non sempre preciso e mancano dettagli omessi dagli addetti per carenze di formazione allo store. La causa è, probabilmente, un forte tourn over delle assunzioni dei dipendenti. Ho dovuto chiamare la Vodafone e solo la telefonista, tra l'altro Albanese, mi ha dato le informazioni necessarie e corrette sul mio acquisto.
 The products would be good but the service is not always accurate and there is a lack of details omitted by the employees due to lack of training at the store. The cause is probably a strong turnover of employee hires. I had to call Vodafone and only the telephone operator, Albanian among other things, gave me the necessary and correct information about my purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato una stella,ma ne meriterebbero zero!!!In quanto nei giorni scorsi sono stato contattato per un aggiornamento sulla mia tariffa che mi avrebbe fatto risparmiare 6 euro al mese,e cioè da 16€ a 10€...... peccato che chi mi ha chiamato abbia omesso di dirmi che il primo mese erano 12€ invece che 10€,ma a parte questo che i 16€ che avevo appena pagato per il rinnovo mensile sarebbe andato persi!!!! Morale della storia questo mese mi è venuto a costare 28€.......bel risparmio no!!!!E quando ho richiamato la ragazza che mi ha risposto (con ogni probabilità la stessa di due giorni prima)ha dato la colpa a chi aveva gestito la pratica e se n'è lavata le mani.Io di solito diffido dalle chiamate dei call center,ma questa volta ho accettato in quanto mi ero rivolto a loro al passaggio di gestore anni fa e speravo che visto che ne andava della reputazione del negozio non si abbassassero a queste truffe da 4 soldi!!!!! Ho già fatto una segnalazione al centro clienti Vodafone,ma spero che questa recensione serva a molte persone per evitare questi imbroglioni solo per avere la commissione.......Queste sono pratiche da call center da gestore da due soldi!!!!Non metterò mai più piede nel vostro negozio!!!!!
I gave one star, but they deserve zero !!! As in recent days I was contacted for an update on my rate that would have saved me 6 euros per month, that is from 16 € to 10 € ...... pity that whoever called me failed to tell me that the first month was € 12 instead of € 10, but apart from that the € 16 I had just paid for the monthly renewal would be lost !!!! Moral of the story this month it cost me 28 € ....... nice savings no !!!! And when I called back the girl who answered me (probably the same as two days before) blame those who had managed the file and washed their hands. I usually distrust calls from call centers, but this time I accepted as I had contacted them at the change of manager years ago and I hoped that since they it was about the reputation of the store they did not stoop to these 4-money scams !!!!! I have already made a report to the Vodafone customer center, but I hope this review will help a lot of people to avoid these cheaters just to get the commission ....... These are cheap call center practices !!!! I will never set foot in your shop again !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando devono farti il contratto sono disponibilissimi e si offrono addirittura di venire a casa ad aiutarti con il modem. Poi scopri che ti hanno attivato dei servizi a pagamento senza dirtelo e negano la cosa.Ti chiedono infine in maniera quasi truffaldina 10 euro non dovute per la restituzione della TV station. Evitate se potete. Vodafone non si merita negozi così.
When they have to get you the contract they are very helpful and even offer to come home to help you with the modem. Then you discover that they have activated paid services without telling you and deny it. Finally, they ask you in an almost fraudulent way 10 euros not due for the return of the TV station. Avoid if you can. Vodafone doesn't deserve such shops.

Sono passato per l'acquisto di un nuovo telefono e il passaggio dei dati dal vecchio al nuovo.
Il giorno successivo scopro che a mia insaputa mi era stata attivata una nuova offerta che costava 7 euro in più al mese e per farlo mi erano stati prelevati 22 euro dal mio conto, ma come se non bastasse sempre a mia insaputa mi avevano sostituito la SIM il cui PIN di sblocco mi era sconosciuto.
Ho dovuto rivolgermi ad un dealer.
