★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata ieri mattina e mi sono trovata benissimo la ragazza è stata molto gentile spigliata e veloce nello spiegarmi le promozioni, per poi tornare al pomeriggio con tutta la documentazione necessaria per attivare il tutto ..purtroppo non ho trovato la stessa commessa ma un altra ..molto inesperta e superficiale la quale mi ha fatto attendere per più di un ora ,facendo passare avanti il cliente entrato dopo di me ..senza degnarsi minimamente del mio parere.Dopo la lunga attesa ,la commessa mi chiede se avevo "una roba lunga da fare " le rispondo fibra e ricaricabile ,storce il naso e mi chiede se avevo tempo di aspettare o se preferivo ripassare .Morale..MAI più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Mi sono rivolto a questo negozio per acquisire il modem router fibra 100 a seguito di attivazione del servizio fibra 100 di Wind Infostrada. Si sono rifiutati di fornirmelo perché a loro dire non risultavo ancora utente attivo (da notare che ero in possesso di codice cliente e di codice contratto). Mi sono rivolto subito dopo ad altro punto Wind che mi ha fornito senza alcun problema il modem.
Bad experience. I went to this shop to acquire the fiber 100 modem router following the activation of Wind Infostrada's fiber 100 service. They refused to provide it to me because they said I was not yet an active user (note that I had a customer code and a contract code). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servizio pessimo, mi hanno venduto un telefono senza dirmi che in caso di malfunzionamento non dovevano essere effettuati piu di un certo numero di minuti di conversazione. Io ho aperto la fotocamera dopo qualche giorno e non è stato piu possibile sostituire il telefono. Dovevano farmi una portabilità interna per la linea voce e il numero provvisorio risulta ancora attivo mentre è sparito il numero dati che ho sulla chiavetta. Mi hanno risposto che non possono aiutarmi ma di contattare il 133. La peggiore esperienza con tre dopo almeno 10 anni con la stessa compagnia. il telefono è sbagliato, bisogna impazzire per contattarli.

Le ragazze che lavorano dentro penso siano due, una garbata ma purtroppo ho avuto la sfortuna di imbattermi nell'altra, una ragazza bionda e con gli occhiali di una maleducazione inaudita, oltre che non professionale. mi ha consigliato un contratto sbagliato (con leggerezza e superficialità) e non regolare, combinandomi un pasticcio enorme e per chiedere il recesso dallo stesso devo anche pagare una penale di 100 euro. Ma oltre il danno la beffa, ovvero la maleducazione. Mi ha più volte ripetuto che alcune operazioni possono essere fatte solo al telefono (pagamenti fatture, recessione contratto) quando era molto evidente che la sua fosse assenza di interesse o di voglia di svolgere le operazioni necessarie. Per colpa della sua svogliatezza e incompetenza io ci ho rimesso soldi e tempo. Ovviamente mi rivolgerò alle associazioni di tutela dei consumatori ma è davvero inaccettabile che in un negozio di servizi ci si comporti così.

Veramente preparate ,credo che tornerò anche per attivare la Fibra

La ragazza svaccata sulla sedia a grattarsi le dita con unghie rosicchiate che si rivolge a te scocciata dicendoti: : "non so cosa dirle" non mi sembra una bella presentazione. Che ne dite? In quanto a customer care, lasciamo perdere. Era la seconda possibilità. Mai più.
