Diffidate: con l'aria degli amiconi, cercano di rifilarti il pacco che hanno in cantina da anni. Ci hanno venduto per nuovo un prodotto usato e fuori produzione dal 2014 (!!!) millantandolo come "il top di gamma", "l'avanguardia tecnologica", il meglio sul mercato. A parte che il prodotto non funziona, presenta graffi e segni di usura.
Andate a comprare solo quello che avete già deciso di comprare. Se chiedete un consiglio, diffidate. Per loro il cliente è solo uno "svuota cantina"

Beware: with the air of friends, they try to give you the package they have had in the cellar for years. They sold us a used and discontinued product since 2014 (!!!) as new, boasting it as "the top of the range", "the technological vanguard", the best on the market. Apart from the fact that the product does not work, it has scratches and signs of wear.
Go and buy only what you have already decided to buy. If you ask for advice, be wary. For them, the customer is just a "cellar clearer"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima esperienza in questo store; da android sono passato ad Apple (per ora con iPad e prossimamente anche con iPhone); i ragazzi sono davvero disponibilissimo, preparati e pazienti. Mi hanno aiutato nella prima configurazione del tablet con i giusti settaggi anche per il recupero dei dati da account Google. E poi mi hanno consigliato i giusti accessori al miglior prezzo. Grazie e sicuramente a presto!
First experience in this store; from android I switched to Apple (for now with iPad and soon also with iPhone); the guys are really available, prepared and patient. They helped me in the first configuration of the tablet with the right settings also for data recovery from Google account. And then they recommended me the right accessories at the best price. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero alla ricerca di un laptop, dopo che il mio si è rotto improvvisamente, e alcuni amici mi hanno consigliato di andare da Juice per acquistarlo, in quanto sono gli unici rivenditori ufficiali Apple, appena arrivato mi sono trovato in un ambiente ospitale e accogliente, il ragazzo che mi ha servito,Marco, si è rivelato essere super professionale e disponibile ad ascoltare le mie esigenze,per consigliarmi il prodotto che più si sarebbe sposato alle mie necessità, senza forzare una vendita per forza di cose,come fanno in molti,ma aiutandomi a scegliere tra il mare magnum di prodotti a disposizione. Morale della favola,ne sono uscito con un nuovo computer e loro hanno di sicuro guadagnato un nuovo cliente.
I was looking for a laptop, after mine suddenly broke, and some friends advised me to go to Juice to buy it, as they are the only official Apple resellers, as soon as I arrived I found myself in a hospitable and welcoming environment, the guy who served me, Marco, turned out to be super professional and willing to listen to my needs, to recommend the product that best suited my needs, without forcing a sale by force of things, as many do, but helping me to choose between the sea of products available. Moral of the story, I came up with a new computer and they certainly gained a new customer.

I went to juice to evaluate my iPhone and in less than an hour I was out with the new iPhone. Cozy atmosphere and good music. I queued for half an hour, but it was worth it. Marco is the top!
