★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, un'esperienza davvero bruttissima con questi signori. Gli porto una stampante Canon da riparare e mi fanno firmare un documento incui dichiaro che se non avessi accettato il preventivo si sarebbero tenuti la caparra data sul momento di 15€. Un mese dopo li chiamo io perché di loro non ce n'era più traccia, né un messaggio né una chiamata. Mi dicono "la stampante non si può aggiustare', vado fino da loro a Piacenza per riprendermela e mi dicono che i 15€ della cauzione non possono essere ridati. Questo chiaramente non era scritto negli accordi prima citati. Morale della storia, torno a casa con la stampante rotta da un mese con 15 euro in meno regalati a sti estortori. Si, perché non era una caparra ma un'estorsione a sto punto.
Bad, really bad experience with these gentlemen. I bring him a Canon printer to be repaired and they make me sign a document in which I declare that if I did not accept the quote they would keep the deposit of € 15 on the spot. A month later I call them because there was no trace of them, neither a message nor a call. They tell me "the printer cannot be fixed", I go up to them in Piacenza to get it back and they tell me that the € 15 deposit cannot be returned. This was clearly not written in the aforementioned agreements. Moral of the story, I go home with the printer broken for a month with 15 euros less given to these extortionists Yes, because it was not a deposit but an extortion at this point.
