Ascoltare le spiegazioni di una persona cosi' preparata e appassionata nel suo lavoro vale quanto la bontà dei suoi salumi. Excellent tasting of meats, liqueurs and culture. Il venerdì sera il Dott. in EnoGastronomia Ettore Valla propone degustazioni guidate dei suoi prodotti passando dalle crudités di pesce abbinata a erborinati e salse di lamponi, passando per panettoni a lunga lievitazioni imbottiti di "angeli", atterrando sulla "scartassa" di salumi da manicomio, riprendendo il volo con Foie gras e fichi e riplanando su erborinati d'oltremanica; non perdere la testa è impossibile !!! Ho già fissato un'altra serata e mi addormento la sera immaginando quale viaggio faremo... P.s.: ovviamente il tutto accompagnato da vini scelti e selezionati.... Grazie Grazie e Grazie ANCORA !!! La coppa provata all'assaggio era buonissima ma a casa è diventata un po' salata Rich in all the cold cuts of the Piacenza tradition, at the counter a nice character and makes everyone taste, we bought a bit of everything. Die Platte mit verschiedenen Fleischsorten mit Salami, Copa, Rohschinken und Panchetta welches wir am Strassenfest geniessen konnten war einmalig! Excellent butcher, different panchetta. The platter with different types of meat with salami, copa, raw ham and panchetta which we could enjoy at the street festival was unique!
