★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passato un sabato pomeriggio un po di tempo fa,
dopo un'attesa interminabile per 4 persone davanti a me (sembrava pure se la prendesse molto comoda) spiego che vorrei attivare un'offerta ricaricabile a consumo (che avevo visto sul sito) per una persona anziana (a cui non interessano internet o messaggi). Mi dice che mi può attivare solo offerte ricaricabili in abbonamento. Quando dico che non mi conviene in quanto le chiamate che fa la persona anziana sono poche mi viene risposto che alla tim clienti del genere non interessano e che se uno fa poche chiamate allora il cellulare non gli serve.
Infine mi viene "consigliato" per offerte del genere di andare in un centro commerciale o alla sme.
La prossima volta allora ci andrò direttamente senza perdere tempo inutilmente.
I passed a Saturday afternoon some time ago,

He tells me he can only activate rechargeable subscription offers for me. When I say that it does not suit me because the calls that the elderly person makes are few, I am told that the tim does not care about clients like that and that if one makes a few calls then he does not need a cell phone.
Finally I am "recommended" for offers of this kind to go to a mall or to the EMS.
Next time then I'll go directly without wasting time unnecessarily.
