Potevano aiutarmi sicuramente in modo diverso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un telefono e fatto un cambio operatore. Entrambi i contratti mi hanno creato qualche problema. Nel mio caso il contratto era errato e la promozione che ho pagato 30€ per il cambio gestore sul sito del nuovo gestore era 20€. In conclusione: competenza appena
sufficiente ed il cliente è solo tale: buono per incrementare il proprio business. Vecchia logica commerciale. Il cliente si spenna e poi si arrangia. Dunque rapporto qualità/servizi: insufficiente. Comunque, al di là della propria esperienza c'è da aggiungere i tempi di attesa lunghi. Tutte le volte che mi sono recato in questo negozio, anche per una semplice ricarica, non ci sono stato meno di 20-30 minuti anche con tre o quattro clienti. Le due ragazze, sicuramente cortesi, ma una con scarsa, l'altra con sufficiente professionalità. Per i disabili non vi sono parcheggi nelle vicinanze.
