Handy weg, Geld weg - nie wieder dieser Händler! Absolutely incomprehensible customer service, 2 month old cell phone with software / camera error was not repaired and I am now supposed to pay 45 € to have my unrepaired cell phone returned. Cell phone gone, money gone - never again that dealer!

Después de comprar un iPhone 8 y no funcionar bien, llevo mas de 5 meses para que aprobaran la devolución a través de Amazon. Cuando les envío el teléfono me dicen que no hay nada en la caja. Mucho cuidado, son unos timadores. Actualmente me encuentro con negociaciones con Amazon y la semana que viene iré a denunciarlos. C	Cécile Chalus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pire reparteur possible j'ai reçu un telephone mal remboité au premier disfonctionnement sous garantie , suite au un renvoi (le 2eme donc) , de leur faute il s'est cassé très vite et ils ont inventé des faux problemes (casse écran et oxydation qui n'existaient pas quand j'ai envoyé l'appareil en ayant au préalable fourni plus de 15 photos avant envoi. Servicio rápido y problema solucionado. El teléfono siempre dio problemas y la batería estaba al 80% lamentable la atención posventa. No compren nunca, seguro le estafan They are real scammers, they sold me a phone with the camera in poor condition through Amazon and when I ask for repair or refund, they refund me a ridiculous amount and keep the phone. The phone always had problems and the battery was at 80%, unfortunate after-sales service. Never buy, they will surely scam you

J'ai acheté et payé plus cher pour avoir un téléphone en "très bon état", ce n'est pas du tout le cas. La batterie est en mauvais état, le microphone du haut parleur ne marche pas, j'ai dû le renvoyer une première fois car l'iPhone ne se paramétrait pas. Ils ont ensuite refusé de me rembourser en prétextant "avoir réparé" mon iPhone, ce qui était complètement faux. Juste intolérable, je déplore vos services. iPhone sold on the back market of poor quality, an after-sales service making me return the phone many times without ANY change.
