Very helpful staff, and a wide choice of products, the nice thing is that it varies a lot so there is not just a brand or two, good prices especially during sales are really good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho chiesto al personale di vendita come mai l' articolo di mio interesse fosse più caro rispetto al sito on line dello stesso brand, mi hanno risposto in modo scortese che se non avessi voluto avrei potuto andare altrove ad acquistare l' articolo...ero costretto ad acquistare il prodotto in negozio perché avevo ricevuto in regalo un buono prepagato, in alternativa avrei certamente evitato l' acquisto causa la risposta immotivata del cassiere
C'è molto spazio per migliorare, soprattutto a livello umano.
Spero che il tutto sia dovuto ad una giornata storta...
I asked the sales staff why the article of my interest was more expensive than the online site of the same brand, they replied rudely that if I didn't want to I could go elsewhere to buy the article ... I was forced to buy the product in store because I had received a prepaid voucher as a gift, alternatively I would certainly have avoided the purchase due to the cashier's unjustified response
There is plenty of room for improvement, especially on a human level.
I hope that everything is due to a bad day ...
