S	Stefano Vallisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozi con una politica commerciale scorretta, attragono con sconti e buoni sconti, falsi i primi inutilizzabili i secondi, nemmeno lo sconto accumulato con la loro ActionCard sono riuscito ad utilizzare in quanto i loro prodotti (secondo loro) sono sempre o in saldo o in promozione. Preferisco negozi con politiche commerciali più limpide. Shops with an incorrect commercial policy, attract discounts and good discounts, the first ones are fake and the second ones are unusable, not even the discount accumulated with their ActionCard I was able to use because their products (according to them) are always either on sale or in promotion . I prefer shops with clearer trade policies.

Ieri avevo un buono del 50%... però potevo usarlo solo su merce non scontata e che costasse meno di 50 euro...peccato che al di sotto dei 50€ era già tutto scontato...O non fate i buoni sconto, o non scontate la merce !!! Oggi 23 dicembre mi sono recata presso il vostro negozio avevo bisogno di un informazione e mi avvicino a 2 commessi che stavano parlando fra di loro (nn di lavoro ) mi hanno detto un momento pure in modo scorbutico quindi sono uscita dal negozio. Complimenti x la vendita persa. Bad experience. Today 23 December I went to your shop I needed some information and I approached 2 shop assistants who were talking to each other (no work) they told me a moment even in a grumpy way so I left the shop. Non trovando la tg è andata subito in magazzino a prendermela. Sembra banale, ma non in tutti i negozi funziona così: spesso altrove mi sono sentita dire che tutto quello che c'era a disposizione era solo quello esposto. Grazie! Errore mio di aver perso lo scontrino ma non è mi stato dato quello di cortesia e quindi i miei regali ( circa 150 euro) non sono più sostituibili. Dentro al pacco regalo , fatto da loro, non era presente dietro mia specifica richiesta. Però se avessi fatto la loro tessera ciò sarebbe stato possibile. Se non è mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente questo. NON mi vedranno mai più. Mirko Rivetti Bad experience.
