Il problema é che la merce é disposta male, e non é semplice trovare quello che si vuole. I prezzi poi sono un po' alti rispetto alla concorrenza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei dovuto dare 5 stelle per la professionalità, la competenza e l'empatia della commessa dell'area ciclismo alla quale, come in altre occasioni, mi sono affidato per i miei acquisti.
Oggi ho acquistato un ciclocomputer Garmin e dell'abbigliamento da bici per un valore di 400 €. Purtroppo al momento di pagare non mi sono ricordato di esibire la mia tessera del Df Sport Specialist e me ne sono ricordato solo dopo che era stato battuto lo scontrino. Chiedo cortesemente alla commessa se può annularlo e riemetterlo ma mi dice che lo può fare solo per motivi validi (...e dal mio punto di vista c'era: avevo diritto ad uno sconto che per una svista non era stato applicato).
Tralasciando il fatto che quasi ovunque, in queste catene della GDO, al momento di pagare ti chiedono se hai la tessera fedeltà, non mi è sembrato un trattamento eticamente corretto, soprattutto considerando che avevo fatto acquisti per un valore di 400 €!
Avrebbero potuto venirmi incontro almeno con un buono del valore dello sconto che avevo perso ma invece sono stato liquidato frettolosamente.
Un comportamento che dovrebbe fare riflettere...
Ringrazio il titolare del negozio che dopo la segnalazione di quanto è successo mi è venuto incontro.

I should have given 5 stars for the professionalism, competence and empathy of the saleswoman of the cycling area to whom, as on other occasions, I have relied on for my purchases.
Today I bought a Garmin cycle computer and bike clothing for a value of 400 €. Unfortunately, when paying, I didn't remember to show my Df Sport Specialist card and I only remembered it after the receipt had been beaten. I kindly ask the clerk if she can cancel it and reissue it but she tells me that she can do it only for valid reasons (... and from my point of view there was: I was entitled to a discount that was not applied due to an oversight).
Leaving aside the fact that almost everywhere, in these large-scale retail chains, they ask you if you have a loyalty card when paying, it did not seem ethically correct to me, especially considering that I had made purchases for a value of 400 €!
They could have met me with at least a coupon worth the discount I had lost but instead I was hastily cleared.
Behavior that should make you think ...
I thank the owner of the shop who came to meet me after reporting what happened.
A positive sign of attention to customers.
