★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi! Ordinati 4 paia di occhiali e dopo 1 mese nessuno è pronto. Come prima cosa aspettano una settimana prima di inserire l'ordine, poi sbagliano le gradazioni del primo occhiale pronto. Infine rompono le lenti del secondo paio e per concludere in bellezza ieri mi dicono che almeno 2 sono pronti e che oggi posso ritirarli e invece nulla. Terminali bloccati, nessuno che avvisa, e mi sono fatta 30km per nulla. Occhiali pagati per intero un mese fa. Sinceramente non credo che tornerò.
Bad! Ordered 4 pairs of glasses and after 1 month none are ready. First they wait a week before placing the order, then they get the shades of the first ready glasses wrong. Finally they break the lenses of the second pair and to conclude with a flourish yesterday they tell me that at least 2 are ready and that today I can withdraw them and instead nothing. Terminals blocked, no one to warn, and I made 30km for nothing. Glasses paid for in full a month ago. I honestly don't think I'll be back.

The helpfulness and courtesy of the staff allowed me to solve a problem with my previous glasses purchased from another optician, and they also managed to understand what I needed for my second pair of glasses and I made them themselves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi affido da anni al personale di questo punto vendita. Sono andata in passato ovviamente anche in altri negozi, sia di privati che altre catene, ma qui ho trovato davvero tutto quello che fa al caso mio.
Competenza, pazienza?, disponibilità, costo dei prodotti adeguato, tantissime montature fra le quali poter scegliere e un aiuto anche nella scelta (che non è da poco).
Solitamente mi affido a Lara, o ad Antonella, per cui sono in grado di valutare principalmente loro, ma sono certa che anche gli altri ragazzi siano all'altezza.
Metto 4 stelle perché ovviamente tutto è perfettibile ?

Competence, patience?, availability, adequate cost of the products, lots of frames to choose from and also help in choosing (which is not a small thing).
I usually rely on Lara, or Antonella, so I'm mainly able to evaluate them, but I'm sure the other guys are up to it too.
