★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In famiglia ci siamo serviti per anni in questo negozio dove lavorava una signora minuta gentilissima che non ho più visto.lo scorso anno ho avuto bisogno di nuove lenti progressive e mi sono affidata ad una giovane commessa.dopo pochi mesi non vedendo bene sono ritornata in negozio e la stessa commessa mi ha detto che si era rovinato l'antiriflesso....probabilmente avevo cucinato con su gli occhiali e i vapori caldi li rovinano...nessuno mi aveva raccomandato di togliere gli occhiali in cucina!!!di assicurazioni sulle lenti non ne aveva mai sentito parlare....totale ha perso 4clienti.peccato.pessima esperienza
In the family we have served for years in this shop where a very nice little lady worked that I have not seen since. Last year I needed new progressive lenses and I entrusted myself to a young saleswoman. After a few months not seeing well I returned to shop and the same saleswoman told me that the anti-glare had been ruined .... I had probably cooked with my glasses on and the hot vapors ruin them ... no one had recommended me to take off the glasses in the kitchen !!! lenses had never heard of it .... total lost 4clienti.peccato.pessima experience
