I won't write too much because you can imagine the level of service (fantastic) and the taste of the food. My recommendation, for these places, is you try them out yourself because it's an experience that needs to be lived and enjoyed rather than read.

Incredible food, impeccable service, amazing ambiance (it’s in a cave!), and the chef comes out to meet every table as they leave. (PS - you definitely get your money’s worth; that might seriously be the most I’ve ever eaten in one sitting - redefining “fat and happy”)

Chef Vitantonio Lombardo understands how to give Italian evergreens a tasty twist: the charcoal pizza and the orange carbonara are die for. In addition, the service is extremely attentive and welcoming also making sure our dietary restrictions were met.

A little disappointing for us to have 2 pasta dishes (ravioli and pasta with veal, okay but not 1 star dishes), one pizza dough dish (looks better than it tastes) and only one meat dish (porc, very nice) in the experience. Too bad because the begging and end were very nice: chefs starters were excellent, the oyster drone interesting, the egg lost in the garden astonishing and the peach dessert excellent. The wine& cocktail pairing was good. So I would definitely recommend to choose your own dishes.

Presentation of all the courses was absolutely amazing and one of the best I have ever seen. Top 4 from the menu: I dropped the Egg in the garden Unbeliveable combination off the egg and the lavendell. Pizza in "Black" Spaghettone di Gragnano in Carbonara Sauce with Orange, Shrimps and Crusco Amazing, amazing, amazing, one of the best dishes I have ever eaten. The Last Kiss Again, the best dessert I have ever experienced. And experience is the very best word for this, because you consume the dessert not only with one sense ... The wine pairing was OK, but it could be a lot, lot better in my opinion (for example I don't want try a German riesling wine in Italy - even if it's good). The place in the cave is amazing. Kitchen is open, so you can watch the chefs. Very interesting experience.
