★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awfull. Reall presure to buy each thing you watch. But not this is problem. They really lie about prices. They pretend to make 'great' discount from the price that is on the label and they say there are no such things in the city. It's a pure lie. And what a surprise! Grapes they sold you at 50 euro each (after discount) are 15 euro near S.Marco! Earings they sold you 130 euro are really 40 euro.
I'm thinking about visiting police. Somebody should stop it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a VERY expensive store. They have "free" water taxi service from St.Marks square to Murano. The store with very nice pieces on display takes over an hour to tour with the salesman. It is not high pressure but subtle pressure to purchase since they brought you out to Murano at no cost in a very expensive boat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a beautiful and unique murano glass pendant which I love just as much now as the day I bought it. Be aware that listed prices were very high but there is opportunity for negotiation. Also we saw their telanted crafts men at work and were amazed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The glass blowing demonstration was very cool. The show room experience was very disappointing. The salesman followed us around and every time we stopped to admire a piece, he would jump in and tell us all about it. Very pushy and gave us no room to relax and enjoy our time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice glasswork demontration. Extended expo of wonderful and unique pieces of glass art. A sales personnel follows you during the visit with sales goal. Our was not that pushy, but enough to let you feel bad to go away without buying anything. So we did with simple bracelets, just to find the same objects - no doubts exact same shape and quality - for 1/5 of the price, in a Venice shop.
I would recommend a visit to see, but not to buy unless you look for something unique and don't care very much of its price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, you can find similar, if not the same, glasses and other glass art in the city center twice as cheap, and it’s after you get almost 50% discount at this shop. BUT they do have a variety of art, so it’s only matter of money.
