★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the factory tour online and it proved to be not worth the 5 EUR/person we paid for. Tour was quite quick, some 10-15 minutes, with little information and explanation shared in Italian or rather poor English. Not really something I would suggest, possibly more a way to get (paying) people in the shop to sell them objects?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't like the shop, too many staff doing nothing. And they have SPECIAL part with even more expensive glass products. I barely believe if any of these products are produced there. And if you compare, they are even more expensive than in the shops on the street. I cannot understand how is this possible.
Answer to the owner: I have never visited the factory inside only the shop for selling glass. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have a great set up here. With hundreds of years of systems, culture, and nostalgic Italy. You guys have an amazing set up and many systems in place and so many amazing creations.
They gave us wine, a tour, and treated us like guests in their villa. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The glass was beautiful however the engraving was poor quality and badly located being too prominent. It was disappointing that the maker hadn’t signed it which makes one wonder if it’s not unique . The very worst thing however was that nowhere had it stated that it would cost over £500 extra for customs duty etc. If we had known that we would probably have chosen a cheaper piece.
We hope however that our grandson and his fianceé will love and cherish it as it’s a wedding present. It was well packed and delivered on time. Thank you.
