★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told us 5 minutes wait. We sat for 15 minutes and nothing. When walking back heard the glassblower say to his colleague that he didn't want to go since there was only 2 of us... Can't recommend this sadly. 2 persons probably wasn't import enough for him to stop playing with his phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free entry to glass blowing demonstration if you book ahead online. 2 demos: one for a blown, simple glass vase and one horse sculpture. MC describes the process in 4 languages. No hard sell after demo which is very appreciated. Beautiful showroom upstairs with some true master art pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty cool place but you don't need to bother with the online tickets as the tour is always free and they don't honour the time. That said the clerk showed us into the high-end section since we had booked, and she told us about how we could talk with the artists to have them create a custom piece. Beautiful stuff, and during the demo we saw the master make two very cool items. The demo was about 10 minutes long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By chance I entered the facility and could see how glassmasters work in their factory and produce the artworks. Very nice atmosphere, everything explained and kind people. They spoke very good English. We visited the showroom as well afterwards. Very recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our own glass making demonstration in English and it was only €5 per adult while our little children were free. The master craftsman was truly fascinating! A must see in Venice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, friendly staff but the show is hardly 10'. I would say maximum 10'. They have space to seat which is nice but you cannot hear the presenter when he is speaking because of the machine noise. 5€ for the show per person. In the end we didn't buy something. Not something attractive for us. The craftsman with the classes was good, in the beginning he did something not nice which he destroy it after 2' and then he maid a horse which was very nice. Worth the experience but I would like more selling items. Also I would love if they were selling the items the made in-front of us. It’s like a stamp for our trip there :)
