We decided to assist to a glass making - experience last minute. We arrived there a couple of minutes later after the start of the presentation and they still accepted us! We had a golden retriever with us and they allowed us to visit their factory also with our dog! This made us really happy and the selection of the glass in the showroom is really precious!
You pay 10€ pro person in order to take part to the glass presentation and then you can use that bonus in their store in order to buy something!
The presentation is also in english / german / french!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. The staff is very rude, once the demonstration is over they shadowing you like a police and thief. High expensive products with a poor quality, you can find the same pieces outside for 1/3 of the price.

He helped us purchase a beautiful set of glasses and a pitcher as a timeless keepsake of our time in Venice. Highly recommend, and ask for Manny if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the tour, getting to sit there and watch a master produce 3 magnificent items in less than 20 minutes was great. The craft making aftwards was worth it as well as I got to make myself a beautiful bracelet to take home and a discount in the show room. I love the souvenirs I took home and especially my bird sculpture. It's a beautiful piece and wanted to thank the craftspeople for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool little spot with fairly close up experience of watching a couple of hand made glass products being made. The creator made a glad and a little horse. That part is about 20-30 mins. You sit on a small set of bleachers with cushions passed around and about 15 feet (5 mtrs) from the oven. Pretty cool to watch. There is a commentator explaining the process in Italian and English. There is a tip jar, but nothing is asked for. Thereafter, it is a shopping experience. Lots of expertise throughout the showroom. The offerings are quite expensive, but beautiful to look at.
FYI- book ahead! We booked through ViaTor. Possible you will be turned away without having a booking.
Also, the €20 ticket cost is applicable for an equivalent discount in the store!
