 From Venice you should visit the little smaller and quieter island of Murano, which is famous for its traditional craft glass factories. Entry fees must be paid for the show, but its price can be bought at the factory shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein wirklich toller Laden und eine nette Verkäuferin. Es gibt hier eine große Auswahl von Artikeln: Ketten, Armbänder, Kronleuchter... ?
Das Glas wird dort ebenfalls verarbeitet, man kann sogar zusehen.
Im Geschäft selber gibt es tonnenweise kleiner Schachteln mit verschiedenen Glasartikeln. Man kann sich z.B. eine eigene Kette zusammenstellen.
Die Preise für echtes Murano Glas in dem Geschäft sind absolut ok. In einem Onlineshop bezahlt man um einiges mehr und man kann sicher sein das es auch dort hergestellt wurde und kein Plagiat ist.
A really great shop and a nice saleswoman. There is a wide range of items here: necklaces, bracelets, chandeliers ... ?
The glass is also processed there, you can even watch.
In the shop itself there are tons of small boxes with various glass items. For example, you can put together your own chain.
The prices for real Murano glass in the shop are absolutely ok. In an online shop you pay a lot more and you can be sure that it was made there and is not plagiarism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spettacolare la lavorazione del vetro! Peccato solo che se si acquista nello spaccio annesso un qualsiasi articolo in vetro puoi pagare solo in contanti sino ad una soglia minima di 50€! Ho visto, purtroppo, persone rinunciare all'acquisto di un ricordo a causa della mancanza dei contanti necessari.
Spectacular glass processing! Just a shame that if you buy any glass item in the shop you can only pay in cash up to a minimum threshold of 50 €! Unfortunately, I have seen people give up buying a memory due to the lack of the necessary cash.
