★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vale a pena a visita para assistir a fabricação dos artefatos de vidro. Muito legal. Ao final da visita, você vai para a lojinha e pode comprar vários produtos com desconto.
It is worth the visit to watch the manufacture of glass artifacts. Very cool. At the end of the visit, you go to the store and can buy various products at a discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vera vetreria che produce oggetti di vetro di Murano originali e mai imitati da altri produttori. UNICA NEL SUO GENERE. Da prendere sicuramente in considerazione per acquisti soprattutto all'ingrosso ma anche comunque per qualche pezzo allo showroom proprietario.
A real glass factory that produces original Murano glass objects that have never been imitated by other manufacturers. ONE IN A KIND. Definitely to be taken into consideration for purchases especially wholesale but also for some pieces at the owner showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get factory confused with small shop next to it on map. Lovely glass, kind staff- let me in when it was closed to buy replacement piece after an accident at home destroyed it. Very helpful - hope to buy more from them in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY ARE CROOKS!
I purchased a bowl from their shop in early July, and asked to have it shipped to Canada, as we were still travelling in Europe. I paid 200 euros in cash (80 euros was for the shipping and 'insurance') and was assured by the two charming ladies in the shop that they would package it well and send it by UPS to my home. When my doubtful husband asked what would happen if the bowl arrived broken?..... They again assured us that they would send us another one immediately.
The bowl arrived shattered. They had packaged the bowl a box with only a single thin bubble wrap. No foam padding or styrofoam chips or anything to protect the bowl and prevent it from moving around and breaking in the box.
Totally unprofessional. Totally unacceptable.
No one will answer my emails or phone calls........it has been three weeks.
They may have a fancy website but definitely not an honourable company. Take your money and business elsewhere.
