★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON’T GO !!!! They don’t even know to properly change a strap. They’ve ruined my vintage watch, scratched many parts trying to change the strap. Moreover when I made a complaint, instead of apologizing for the mistake, I’ve received a very rude phone call.
Anyways, I went to Milano to get it fixed and paid a lot! Thumbs up for the damage and the arrogant customer relations!
