Bellissimo trattamento, peccato che prendere un appuntamento con Groupon è come chiedere l'elemosina, tant'è che una seduta siamo riuscite ad "ottenerla", la seconda ci è scaduta dopo essere state rimandate e ignorate più volte al telefono. Vorrei che si capisse che i Groupon, anche se pagati poco, portano una pubblicità consistente e io, come tante altre persone, sarei volentieri tornata in questo centro estetico, anche perché le ragazze sono brave e professionali, ma dopo la presa in giro, non prenoterò più mezza volta. A friend and I purchased the Groupon with a face cleaning in two sessions. Beautiful treatment, too bad that making an appointment with Groupon is like asking for alms, so much so that one session we managed to "get", the second one expired after being sent back and ignored several times on the phone. I wish it was understood that the Groupons, even if they are paid a little, carry a consistent advertisement and I, like many other people, would have gladly returned to this beauty center, also because the girls are good and professional, but after the mockery, they don't will book more half time.

Ceretta fatta benissimo, strappo delicato e allo stesso tempo ben deciso (ovviamente sono tornata a farmi un'altra). Mani e piedi fatti bene, semipermanenti perfetti sia come precisione che colori. E tattamento viso un vero e proprio relax ed i risultati sono stati veramente apprezzati, pelle pulita, levigata e ossigenata. Consiglio vivamente questo posto oltre il bel panorama, troverete la professionalità. I bought a Groupon semi-permanent wax / hand / foot / cleansing and facial. What can I say .. Chiamo per disponibilità e prenotare ...mi dicono di non avere al momento la agenda sotto mano , di inviare il PDF della prenotazione per wup e che mi avrebbero richiamato il giorno dopo. Io ho fa tto tutto ...ma il giorno dopo non chiama nessuno , Allora invio un wup ,loro visualizzano ma non chiamano...provo io e il telefono squilla a vuoto. ...più volte ma sempre squilli a vuoto.Insospettita chiamo Groupon e capisco che avendo fornito il PDF della prenotazione loro lo possono riscattare senza dare il servizio . Mi è stato per fortuna fatto un rimborso immediato ma ritengo il comportamento molto sgradevole e non aggiungo altro Purchased 1 facial treatment with Groupon ... Al mio numero non rispondevano più e ho provato da un altro e mi hanno risposto subito, dicendo la stessa cosa che mi avrebbero richiamato tra 10 minuti. Potete trovare conferma in altre recensioni che hanno qua su facebook e che provano inutilmente a smentire. Veramente non professionali, non sprecate i vostri soldi inutilmente Don't buy their groupon. They never make an appointment, they say they will call you back in 10 minutes and it never happens. My number didn't answer anymore and I tried another one and they answered me right away, saying the same thing that they would call me back in 10 minutes. You can find confirmation in other reviews that they have here on facebook and that try in vain to deny. Truly unprofessional, don't waste your money unnecessarily

The owner Sandra took pictures of my voucher and it stated that the package will last 2.5 hours but the owner didn’t read it. My wife and I waited over 45 mins to get a room, and the ladies came in and gave a facial that was hardly an hour long. I called the owner after and she said that we can reschedule the bio stimulation for 9am on Monday, but when I went there at 9am they were closed and I returned at 10am and it was still closed. I called the owner and she said she didn’t have time to come in today. $100 down the drain.
