★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here twice for manicures and pedicures, and both times it exceeded my expectations. The staff is so sweet and the space itself is very cute. I trusted that everything was sanitary. Most importantly, my nails looked great for weeks. I’ll be back any time I’m in Florence for sure.

Felt like I paid the "non parlo italiano" price - but anyway, I knew it before and the girls did an accurate job.
Recommendation for those who don't care about each and every euro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pedicure and service! I emailed for an appointment and they emailed me back within 30 minutes with options. I showed up early and they had me wait just a couple of minutes. They were packed. It’s definitely an upscale place. They did a great job on my toes and feet. I will say it took a long time, about 80 minutes but I wasn’t in a hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, took me as a walk in for a oedicure. Ilaria gave me a wonderful pedicure. Staff was kind friendly and professional. Very clean. I will definitely go back before I leave Flirence. I highly recommend this spa.

When I booked I asked best master and with experience ,but ones again I make sure that Italian woman don’t know how to do manicure and pedicure and I think in all beauty sector situation the same, level of work very law, better to find Russian or Ukrainian master in Florence. 100 euro thrown away
