A due passi dalla stazione di Santa Maria novella di Firenze, era facilmente raggiungibile sia piedi che in autobus o in taxi. Essendo in una zona molto centrale della città, una passeggiata di 10 minuti portava fino alla piazza del Duomo. Non solo il personale era simpatico e disponibile, lasciandoci lasciare la valigia in hotel persino per quasi tutto il giorno dopo, la camera era esattamente quella che avevamo visto online e aveva tutto quello che era elencato. Il bagno era favoloso e il letto era tra i più comodi fra quelli mai provati in hotel. Lo consiglio davvero per chi resta a Firenze per uno o più notti e io ci tornerei molto volentieri. Recommended by acquaintances, it was a really very nice experience. A stone's throw from the Santa Maria Novella station in Florence, it was easily accessible either on foot, by bus or by taxi. Being in a very central area of the city, a 10 minute walk led up to the Piazza del Duomo. Not only were the staff nice and helpful, letting us leave our suitcases at the hotel even for most of the next day, the room was exactly what we had seen online and had everything listed. The bathroom was fabulous and the bed was among the most comfortable of any hotel I have ever experienced. I really recommend it for anyone who stays in Florence for one or more nights and I would definitely stay there again.

È difficile trovare delle camere così elegantemente arredate e confortevoli . Il self check in è stato semplice e arrivare alla struttura dalla stazione senza dover prendere nessun mezzo comodissimo. Il plus per loro è stato poter usufruire in modo esclusivo della spa con sauna e la seduta riscaldata con sale himalayano in un ‘ambiente rilassante . L’altra cosa importantissima poter girare in centro senza prendere nessun mezzo . I booked 2 rooms for my relatives. They were delighted, the place is new and beautiful. It is difficult to find such elegantly furnished and comfortable rooms. Self check-in was simple and getting to the structure from the station without having to take any convenient means. The plus for them was the exclusive use of the spa with sauna and the heated session with Himalayan salt in a relaxing environment. The other very important thing is being able to get around the center without taking any means.

A	Annia Zakharova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunatly It was not as good expirience with this place as we expacted, location is in not so nice, in dark area near the train station. When we arrived we realised there are no lobby, even nobody met us, we had to call to the owner and get instarctions how to open the main door with a code, then how to find the keys under the carpet and open next door, there was no one. Thanks God we already bought italian sim card and could call the owner. And since location was a little scary even it was already 10 pm we decided emidiatly to find another place in good location and good service for staying in Florence. In the end we did not stay in Florence luxury suites and the owner did not give us many back. We do not advice this place in Florence.
R	Rachel Au-Yong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a new hotel (opened Sept 2017) situated very close to the train and bus station. When we stepped in, we were taken by how tastefully appointed the rooms and hallway were, and also how amazing the whole place smelled. (I ended up buying some room scents from Erbario Tuscany, inspired by this place.) Our room (Moninni, named after a lesser known Florentine painter) had narrow walkways but we did not feel claustrophobic as there were high ceilings. Do note that this place may not be for you if you cannot stand walking - but we found the 15 to 20 minute into the main part of town enjoyable, especially during the spring-summer transition. Overall, given the price point and luxury factor, we thought it was a good deal.

Friendly, helpful host who received us, unfortunately the room had no blanket or duvet which we didn't realise until need time so we had to sleep with our jackets and towels covering us! This was remedied the next day by our host. The room itself was quite new but seemingly poorly built with a toilet seat that comes off in your hand, and the shower head wasn't great. The bed head backs up against a glass wall dividing the toilet and shower so not a lot of privacy. They do have a tiny gym in the basement but it only has a resistance machine, bike and treadmill, but still much better than nothing! also there are open perfume bottles all around the hotel so if you are sensitive to smell it may not be great for you.
