★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really cute place in a quiet neighborhood that is right next to the Arno River. There are buses that leave from outside the front door to go to Piazzale Michelangelo, which has some of the best views of Florence. It's also not far on foot to most of the prime destinations of Florence. The staff was very kind, and we wish we could have stayed longer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really nice place to stay to feel that this is Firenze. Very clean and pretty space and decoration made me so happy. Breakfast time in the garden or garden-side room was great. The food was very good. There is a woman who helps to make a warm food and serves coffee. She can also help you to make a reservation for a taxi.
My room was big enough. It has two flats connected with spiral steps. The second floor is a half size of the first one and you can look down the first floor. There is one big bed on the first floor and two single beds on the second floor.
There are various rooms in the house hotel. On the second floor there are single rooms with shared-bathroom. You must carry your bag through narrow spiral steps in the living-room.
When you arrived at this place, first check your email the owner sent a digit code to open the main gate. Then you can see high steep steps to climb. This is the disadvantage of this place. There is no one to help you carry the luggages to upstairs when you arrive and to downstairs when you leave. We had three heavy luggages. :(
On the middle of the steps there is a chair. On the chair there is a room key with your name. And the directions and conditions are written.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY nice place. Stayed in a room with a king bed and an "upstairs" loft section with two twins. They serve breakfast in the mornings and have snacks available throughout the day. The place is clean and very well kept, and the outdoor area is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are wonderful as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is a hidden gem. Beautiful rooms, very clean and the staff. Joan is so helpful and kind. The area is not the super turistic centre but has a lot of restaurants and bars where real Fiorentini go. You can easily find the centre or SMN station by walking or bike
