★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The suites are located right in the central area with all major cultural attractions within easy walking distance. Staff were welcoming and helpful on both check-in and check-out. The room was well equipped and pleasant. Wifi worked well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first trip to Italy and I'm so glad we chose to stay at San Firenze Suites and Spa. Everything was wonderful - the location, the staff, the room, the breakfast. I can't say enough about how well we were treated. I'll gladly recommend this place to my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We could not have asked for a better experience!!! It was a primo location, with gorgeous views of old historic buildings right outside our window. The bed and pillows were comfortable, room was very clean, chcolate croissantat breakfast was divine, the staff were superb! They were extremely helpful with giving us info on where to go for food, entertainment, shopping, and covid testing. They have a partnership with a garage company, so we were able to have our car parked and brought to the front to load up. Highly, highly recommend this location. We WILL be back to stay here. I've attached the pictures I took from our suite window.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I just returned from another wonderful stay at San Firenze Suites . This was our second stay with them and just as before it exceeded our expectations. The location may be one of the absolute best in Firenze. The Duomo- Leather shops and great restaurants a very very short walk . There are two great restaurants within a block of the hotel . Breakfast was very good - they even made a plate of crispy bacon for us . Room 111 has an amazing view of the historic building across the small courtyard-
Sadly it was booked this time but room 113 was very nice with a less spectacular view. I believe all the rooms have 12 ft ceilings- very nice . The staff is exemplary- Matteo and Lara were so helpful - great food suggestions- local tips - train info — all with a big smile.
Matteo in the photo below has been with the hotel for years and he remembered us from our visit 4 yrs ago . We are very fortunate and travel well — There are more expensive- possibly a tiny bit more luxurious properties in Firenze but in my opinion none better than San Firenze. There is a reason it’s in everyone’s top 4 in Firenze. Ambiance- Room Size - LOCATION— Great Staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Was very close- walking distance to all the attractions. Great location. Did not use the spa as I stayed only one night in Florence. A/C was a bonus! Free continental breakfast was good. Would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I spent 4 nights at the San Firenze Suites and Spa hotel. It's location could not be in a better place for walking to must-see art and Florence history. The accommodations and staff were outstanding. Everyone was anxious to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, assisting us with reservations for food and places to go and see. Matteo at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to engage with during our stay. We HIGHLY recommend San Firenze Suites and Spa!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Four of us stayed at San Firenze Suites & Spa during our visit to Firenze. We received a very warm welcome. The staff, particularly Andrew, were very accommodating and helpful. Their breakfasts were delicious and with plenty of options of freshly cooked proteins and fresh fruits and pastries. We would definitely stay there again!
