Suite da sogno dove trascorrere un weekend magico con il priprio partner. Il servizio non é stato altrettanto da sogno. Il frigo era vuoto neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua da bere. Solo una caraffa sul tavolo con dell' acqua del rubinetto, roba da matti. Niente da far colazione. Niente bottiglia di vino di benvenuto. Sono cose che ti aspetti quando spendi 345€ per una notte. Grandi aspettative e grande delusione del servizio. Confermo però che la location é paurosa.

La suite si trova in posizione strategica. Si visita tutta Firenze a piedi in pochi minuti. Presenta un doppio affaccio, con il pincipale con vista su ponte vecchio, palazzo vecchio e il duomo, sono a disposizione un tavolino con due sedie per una splendida colazione o cena romantica. Si trova al settimo piano, con ascensore che arriva al sesto ma l'ultima rampa di scale è agevole e per la posizione ne vale assolutamente la pena. Pulizia buona, così come la disponibilità di una macchina per caffè espresso e bollitore. Simpatico palloncino a forma di ❤ sul letto. Consiglierei di far trovare qualche biscotto per l'accoglienza. La vasca idromassaggio è comoda per due. Consigliato vivamente.

Not so clean. No cleaning service. No breakfast. The jakuzi doesnt funktion properly. Very expensive for what it offers. Not recomended

Over rated for the price paid. The suite we stayed in was not on the ponte vecchio. It's next to it ,in a newer building with the smallest lift I've ever been in .

We stayed on the top floor(7); 6 by the elevator. The rooftop view is priceless. I felt like I was living on top of the world. The church bell symphony could be heard throughout the city, and my husband and I shared a front row seat to the concert up close. The room itself was ok. It has two balconies. One overlooks the city, and the skyline during the day and night is extraordinary. There’s a jacuzzi in the bathroom. It’s old, but it works; however, the water turned cold 1/4 filled. The bed is comfortable; the pillows way too soft. There’s a big screen TV. The stations are in Italian; however, Netflix and other streaming providers are accessible. The property is in the middle of everything: shops(leather, clothing, shoes, jewelry, etc), restaurants, museums, local attractions, and street performers. I think gelato stores out number all the stores combined? On the downside: 1. The signage for the property is poor. Thank god we had a taxi driver, who went over and beyond to help us locate the property. The entry door to the property is sandwiched between two businesses in the corner. 2. To access the property, we had to call the property manager and wait ten minutes for him. However, in his defense, it was not his fault. Our arrival time kept changing because we were using uber, the train, and taxi. The property manager needs an exact time of arrival for immediate access. 3. The ELEVATOR is quaint. In other words, it’s old and antiquated. There’s two wooden doors to enter the elevator: one solid brown and one vertical-blinds like. Both doors must be closed to operate. Failure to close both doors stalls the elevator. It can only transport two people at a time, that is without luggage. I went up first with the luggage. My husband and the property manager took the stairs. It’s a workout up seven flights of stairs, so I heard? After you get off the elevator, there are approximately a dozen and a half stairs or so to climb in addition to the elevator ride. 4. The property manager provided us with a lot of information over a short period of time. As soon as he left, most of the information left with him. We never did find the rental car agency or the place to store our luggage at checkout. It would have been helpful to provide us with a map. Warning - Uber is not available in this area yet. It was very challenging getting a taxi at checkout.

Good side: very big room, nice roof terrace with beautiful view, hot water, nice TV & stereo, great location, & nice coffee machine. But none of these are relevant to a good night sleep. Down side: come on! This is a roof top apartment, it’s summer, very hot during the day and hot too at night when the air-condition is totally out of service. Stayed for two nights, honestly, sleepless nights. Felt like sitting inside an oven. Very uncomfortable and sweating all night long until we had to sit outdoor at the terrace in midnight, cool down a bit, then go back to the room. This is the killer part, it kills all the benefit and good points about this place. How i wish i could immediately move out to a proper and well maintained property. Not worth the money & not worth the stay
