★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully designed hotel perfectly located within walking distance of the major tourist attractions of Florence. Our room was very spacious and had a bathtub next to the bed, which we didn't use but it was still cool. ;) The staff was super nice and eager to help, yummy breakfast - everything was perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was huge and beautiful! The bed was comfy, there was a bathtub in the room and two heads in the shower! The location was also amazing! At such a reasonable price, I would recommend the hotel to anyone going to Florence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funky cool hotel with extremely friendly staff. It’s a bit tricky to find but well worth the effort.
We were greeted and shown to our rooms quickly. The room is stunning with a very unique design and lots of exposed old walls (in a good way). We were lucky enough to get a room with an original fresco on the ceiling!
Hotel staff was quick with recommendations on how to set up our trip and book Skip-The-Line passes for us, along with a wide variety of recommendations for dinner and places to eat/drink.

Rooms: big rooms with many details, modern showers
Atmosphere: welcoming, cute flowers on the tables and fresh flowers in the entrance. Colors are warm and welcoming
Cleanness: very clean
Breakfast: simple but with good quality - great croissants and good coffee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little pricey but well located. Near the LGBT center. Alberto was so accommodating and helpful. The best part was the double entrance. Massive wooden outside doors then an old metal gate, into a private courtyard. Kinda felt like a medieval castle. Very old school Italian. I loved it. Local area has really good and cheaper restaurants. And since it’s across the River (but only 2 blocks) everything is cheaper than in central Florence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally deserving of its 5 star ratings. A perfect example of a boutique B&B in the perfect location to explore Florence.
- Rooms are huge and been cleverly decorated.
- Staff are very helpful and booked restaurants for us
- Breakfast is lovely, classic continental breakfast with pastries
- location is perfect, near enough to the river and the centre if town, but set back enough so that you feel away from the Tourists. Oltrarno is definitely the place to stay if you want to experience Florence
5 star without the 5 star prices
