β β β β β Service is terrible, 1 meal and appetizer came 15 minutes after everyone else only when they were pushed. The view wasn't worth the pain.

β β β β β Primo dish was ok. Secondi dish (stew) was not: not fresh, no vegetables. All high price for lower quality. But sitting was quiet and away from traffic with view on the roofs of Florence.

β β β β β Was not really impressed with the service nor the food. The salad produce was limp and lacked freshness. In regards to the service they seemed more concerned with the reserved party than the other guests. It has a nice location and dining hall, but other areas need attention.

β β β β β This restaurant is on the 6th floor of the hotel, but is available for anyone, not just guests. Excellent view, excellent service, great food. Wife and I went for dinner. We had a large salad appetizer, then she had the octopus special, and I had the gnocchette with salmon and zucchini. For dessert we had panna cotta. We had 2 glasses of wine, and the total was around 70 Euros.

β β β β β Made a reservaion for my parents, who visited Florence. All made by e-mail, paid from Poland, everything prepared by internet and all was set perfectly. Great contact with the staff and most important: my parents were delighted! With everything. With food, with staff, with the view. We will surely follow their path and visit this restaurant in person!

β β β β β Stop in for an early dinner which is not common in Florence, but we had a night of celebration planned. The food was out of this world and the setting was just great over looking a part of the city. The service was a bit slow, but again your in Italy so just enjoy the food and views.

β β β β β Very welcoming staff with great authentic Italian music and drinks. One of the best views of the city! Leandro gives you a little history of the city while youβre looking over the city and soaking in the culture. Must see place! Thank you for such a great experience!
