We had problems with these watches and made two more visits to the store, The owner claimed they were fixed and working fine. Upon our return to Mexico they continued to not function properly. The owner turned the problem over to Morgan's rep. He's written that a new mechanism was sent out, but that never happened, Beware!

The problem with many users of important writing instruments is that the users are not fully awere how to use or write properly especialy when we use a nibbed fountain pen.
will still visit this shop reguarly to see what new pens he has

I tried to contact the manufacturer, who also wanted money to fix the pen that I purchased as a defective item. I tried to contest the charge with my bank, which did not go through because it was an international transaction. So, yeah. Do not buy from here because they will sell you defective products at inflated prices and refuse to repair, replace, or accept returns.
