★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soprattutto era l'atmosfera che si respirava, che invogliava alla lettura ed al pensiero, il personale discreto, informato e disponibile.
Era un rifugio dal caos di questo mondo che qualcuno vuole frenetico, ma per andare dove? L'uomo che corre non si accorge della trappola tesa, è facile preda.
Edison era luogo di riflessione ma anche di affari, credo fosse impossibile uscire senza acquistare qualcosa anche solo per ringraziare del tempo che avevamo ritrovato in quell'atmosfera.
Quindi grazie al personale di Edison, anche se il caos, il miraggio del maggior profitto e dell'eliminazione di un concorrente sembrano avere avuto la meglio per il momento.
Da un anno al posto di libri, persone, pensieri, vedo ragnatele, vuoto, sciatteria, questo il risultato dell'azione non concorrenziale e dei tramestii politici sommersi.
Se globalizzassimo anche l'idiozia avremo qui il centro di produzione mondiale.

Edison was a place of reflection but also of business, I think it was impossible to go out without buying something just to thank for the time we had found in that atmosphere.
So thanks to Edison's staff, even if the chaos, the mirage of greater profit and the elimination of a competitor seem to have prevailed for the moment.
For a year instead of books, people, thoughts, I see cobwebs, emptiness, sloppiness, this is the result of non-competitive action and of submerged political faults.
If we also globalize idiocy, we will have the center of world production here.
