★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very reliable for getting the books in that I ordered and usually have most of the new books that I needed.
But they don't buy back most books and turned down many books that just had some writing on the front or were missing a page. Yet, some of the used books that I had purchased used the week before were in all of these conditions if not worse.
I think it is not only wasteful but I would prefer buying used books regardless of the condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bookshop. Lots of good titles to choose from. They have a mezzanine section with with DVDs as well. Right in the middle of everything, you will find some chairs where you can take a seat and even check some of the papers that are laying around. If you're looking to pay a little less for whatever you may be looking for, they do have some used books on sale. Right in the city center near the Duomo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic library! It is fairly large and well stocked with every genre. My wife likes to buy the first Harry Potter book from each country we visit in their native tongue, and of course they had it. They also have a couple sections of the more popular books in English.
