Un piccolo problema su un articolo acquistato (c'era un difetto di fabbrica) e, dopo una semplice telefonata, mi è stato data la possibilità di attendere il prodotto in sostituzione ma ancora non disponibile o la restituzione con scelta di altro articolo. La dependienta primero me dice que el conjunto es el lápiz y la funda , como no tenia la funda verde (que es el color que yo quería) me dice que no hace falta la funda que la cosen ellos y que la regalan como detalle. ???? después dice que la que corresponde al verde es la negra y al comentarle yo, que no la quiero en negro por un tema de diseño y estética, empieza con malos modos a decir estética!!!... estética!!!... y le digo que iba a comprar un objeto de diseño y sí que esto está relacionado con la estética. Es una tienda de "Belle Arti". Sentí que se reia de mí, y me ofendió. Salí sin comprar el lápiz y otras cosas para dibujo y pintura, con la sensación que me estaba vacilando. Defraudada con el trato. Al llegar a casa, he visto que lo puedo comprar online!!! I wanted to buy, as a gift, a Grafeex pencil designed by Pininfarina. The articles go in a cover sewn with a thread of the same color as the clip. The clerk first tells me that the set is the pencil and the cover, since it did not have the green cover (which is the color I wanted) she tells me that the cover is not needed, they sew it and that they give it away as a gift. ???? then he says that the one that corresponds to green is the black one and when I commented to him that I don't want it in black for a design and aesthetic issue, he rudely begins to say aesthetics!!!... aesthetics!!!... and I tell him that I was going to buy a design object and yes, this is related to aesthetics. It is a "Belle Arti" store. I felt that he laughed at me, and he offended me. I left without buying the pencil and other things for drawing and painting, with the feeling that I was hesitating. Disappointed with the deal. When I got home, I saw that I can buy it online!!!
