β β β β β This UPS centre is quite large. It took a bit to locate the exact entrance but after that everything was smooth. Fast and proactive service, clear communication and quotes.
Time spend in the shop is minimal (i.e. no wait time). Overall excellent, transparent service.

β β β β β They try to deliver outside working hours and then won't redeliver; they're extremely hard to contact. Really poor service.

β β β β β Good evening! Unfortunately, I strongly advise against using their services. UPS has been my favorite service up to this point. When trying to send documents, the cashier climbed into them and said that the check cannot be sent. Then we took it out of the package of documents, but he still refused to send the documents. Despite our imperfect Italian, I'm sure he understood what we were saying to him. I really hope that there is no place for people with racial prejudices in such a respected company.
