La data limite di consegna del mio pacco era 30 settembre, non ho ricevuto nulla, inoltre da quando il pacco è stato preso in carico da nexive il tracking non viene più aggiornato. Nessuno mi ha avvisato che l’ordine avrebbe subito dei ritardi. Consegna molto lenta, sto aspettando l’ordine da una settimana! Ho inviato diverse mail ma non ho ricevuto risposta (oltre a quelle automatiche). Volevo precisare che ho effettuato l’ordine soltanto perché la data limite di consegna era 30 settembre e io parto il 2 di ottobre. Ripeto. Pessimo servizio! Bad service. Ho acquistato un articolo su Internet, il quale risulta essere stato consegnato l'11 Novembre del 2021, giorno in cui mia moglie non si è mossa da casa e nessun fattorino ha suonato al citofono....Dopo 15 minuti di attesa al telefono, nessun operatore risponde, siete proprio l'opposto della PROFESSIONALITA' e della SERIETA'. Impossibile avere una risposta telefonica, anche andando personalmente alla sede di riferimento indicata non si trova nessuno... praticamente un luogo abbandonato... al limite della truffa.
