Ho trovato un avviso sul citofono in cui era indicato che non ero in casa al momento della consegna, ma io ero effettivamente in casa, proprio in attesa del pacco che aspettavo con urgenza. Ho pagato 9€ per ricevere la consegna in 24 ore e alla fine ho dovuto aspettare 3 giorni. Alla mia richiesta al servizio clienti di rimborso (quantomeno delle spese di consegna espressa che non è avvenuta) mi è stato risposto che non era possibile rimborsare il disservizio perché a quanto pare ero io a non essere in casa (??). Potete anche rispondere con insofferenza alla recensione, ma un servizio di consegna scadente come quello di DHL non si è mai visto. I did not send a package to the office but "received" a package from DHL. I found a notice on the intercom stating that I was not at home at the time of delivery, but I was actually at home, just waiting for the package I was waiting for urgently. I paid 9 € to get the delivery in 24 hours and in the end I had to wait 3 days. At my request to the customer service for a refund (at least for the express delivery costs that did not occur) I was told that it was not possible to refund the disservice because apparently it was I who was not at home (??). You can also impatiently respond to the review, but a poor delivery service like DHL's has never been seen.

Contatto il servizio clienti, spiego che l'indirizzo è corretto, il numero di telefono è corretto e il mio nome è sul campanello. Dicono che il pacco mi verrà consegnato il giorno dopo. Cosa succede il giorno dopo? Niente. Lo stesso problema. Ma i corrieri sanno almeno cercare un indirizzo su google maps?? No, perché è più facile dire che l'indirizzo è errato che fare bene il loro lavoro. Bad experience. I was waiting for a package and I get the message: it is not possible to deliver to wrong address. I contact customer service, explain that the address is correct, the phone number is correct and my name is on the doorbell. They say the package will be delivered to me the next day. What happens the next day? Anything. The same problem. But do couriers at least know how to look for an address on google maps? No, because it's easier to tell the address is wrong than to do their job well.

This location is in a little neighborhood close to piazza bra, tucked in along a small, modest street (easy to miss as it's signage is really modest). Reasonable rates and options. The sweetest, most helpful and KINDEST staff! So don't be shy if you need to speak in English. They'll be sure everything is handled perfectly.
