Sono andato per effettuare un reso Amazon, ma con ignoranza e aggressività mi viene detto che loro non fanno questo servizio, non ci guadagnano niente e che non gliene frega niente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco gradevole, specialmente il signore più anziano, il titolare della stazione di servizio in cui è presente il servizio DHL. Arrivo, devo fare un reso senza etichetta Amazon, mi dice che senza etichetta non mi accetta il reso, con vocabolario ‘colorito’...doveva solo stampare lui l’etichetta, cosa molto semplice, visto che aveva sia pc che stampante, cosa che evidentemente non voleva fare. Ho risolto andando in un altro DHL service point vicino e mi hanno servito con molta professionalità e cortesia. Certo che non mi vedono più in questo DHL service point .
