★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo mille peripezie e consegna mai avvenuta mi reco personalmente in filiale per ritirare il pacco che per ben 2 volte non mi viene consegnato adducendo scuse assurde , l'addetto alla consegna con fare saccente, maleducato e scostante mi consegna il pacco e mi lascia quando ancora sono lì che chiedo spiegazioni del pessimo servizio offerto dalla TNT. Mai più con la TNT da stare alla larga. Formate meglio il personale. Servizio scandaloso
 After a thousand ups and downs and a delivery that never took place, I personally go to the branch to pick up the package that is not delivered to me twice, citing absurd excuses, the delivery clerk with a pedantic, rude and unfriendly hand delivers the package to me and leaves me when still I am there asking for explanations of the bad service offered by TNT. Never again with TNT to stay away. Train your staff better. Outrageous service
