★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto che non è successo per la prima volta, ho deciso di scrivere la mia opinione . Ho perso un giorno aspettando il pacco che non è arrivato . Aspettavo un dispositivo medico di quale arrivo aveva grande importanza . Non mi dispiacerebbe esserci almeno avvisata che consegna non arriva , così avrei potuto arrangiarmi in un altro modo .
Gli impegni che non si possono mantenere non si devono prendere
 Since it didn't happen for the first time, I decided to write my opinion. I wasted a day waiting for the package that didn't arrive. I was waiting for a medical device whose arrival was of great importance. I wouldn't mind having at least warned us that delivery is not arriving, so I could have made do in another way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambiate lavoro. Peggior spedizioniere. Terza consegna con loro e c'è sempre un problema, ufficio con orario continuato dal lunedì al sabato e scrivono destinatario assente. Non chiamano. Dovete imparare da chi il lavoro lo sa fare.
Change jobs. Worst forwarder. Third delivery with them and there is always a problem, office with continuous hours from Monday to Saturday and they write absent recipient. They don't call. You have to learn from those who can do the job.

Ho chiamato x mio ? in un venerdì pomeriggio verso le 15 00 è mi dicono che devo aspettare lunedì,io gli ho detto che vado io a prendere in qualsiasi posto o da loro prima di chiudere x ritirare ...la Signora mi dice al ☎️ che non è possibile devo aspettare lunedì che io non devo comandare è non devo dire cosa deve fare lei ?♂️
Reception office staff without respect. I received a message that they passed to deliver, but it's not true!
I called x my ? on a Friday afternoon around 15 00 and they tell me that I have to wait for Monday, I told them that I am going to pick up from any place or from them before closing x to collect ... the Lady tells me at ☎️ that it is not possible I have to wait for Monday that I don't have to command and I don't have to say what she has to do ?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se come me siete artigiani e avete l'esigenza di inviare i vostri prodotti in giro per il mondo ve lo sconsiglio caldamente. Dovevo inviare un pacco in Austria e sono riusciti a rompere il contenuto (ed era un oggetto quasi impossibile da rompere) nonostante fosse ben imballato. Il pacco è stato rimandato indietro senza avvisare e con un imballaggio differente da quello che avevo utilizzato io. Ho richiesto il rimborso e dopo aver inviato una montagna di documenti mi è stato negato anche se il pacco era assicurato. Mi dispiace ma se spendo quasi 25 euro per una spedizione pretendo che il pacco venga trattato con un minimo di cura.
If like me you are artisans and you need to send your products around the world, I strongly advise against it. I had to send a package to Austria and they managed to break the contents (and it was an almost impossible object to break) despite being well packed. The package was sent back without warning and with a different packaging than the one I had used. I requested a refund and after sending a mountain of documents I was denied even though the package was insured. I'm sorry but if I spend almost 25 euros for a shipment, I expect the package to be treated with a minimum of care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo!!! Mancato rispetto degli orari di consegna e comunicazioni quasi impossibili.
Il primo sms annunciava l'arrivo del pacco tra le 10 e le 12. Sono rimasta a casa ma nessuno si è presentato. Nel pomeriggio orario di consegna aggiornato tra le 17.30 e le 19.30. Ancora nessuna consegna. Alla sera ricevuto altro sms in cui si comunicava la mancata consegna alle 19.03 per "destinatario assente" e di aver lasciato un avviso nella cassetta postale. Assurdo! Eravamo tutti a casa e nessun avviso è stato trovato nella cassetta. La mattina dopo, ulteriore sms con avviso di consegna "indicativamente" tra le 14 e le 16. Dopo numerosi e vani tentativi di contattare la sede ZAI di Verona della Bartolini, mi ha risposto una operatrice da Rovereto(?) che solo dopo la mia insistenza di avere informazioni precise sull'orario di consegna, ha contattato direttamente l'autista addetto.
Faccio presente che il pacco mi è stato spedito da altri e quindi non ho scelto io il vostro servizio, ma state pur certi che vi sconsiglierò caldamente ogni volta che mi capiterà.
Bad service !!! Failure to comply with delivery times and almost impossible communications.
The first text message announced the arrival of the package between 10 and 12. I stayed at home but no one showed up. In the afternoon delivery time updated between 17.30 and 19.30. Still no delivery. In the evening I received another sms in which it was communicated the non-delivery at 19.03 for "absent recipient" and to have left a notice in the mailbox. Absurd! We were all home and no notice was found in the box. The next morning, a further text message with delivery notice "indicatively" between 2pm and 4pm. After numerous and unsuccessful attempts to contact Bartolini's ZAI Verona office, an operator from Rovereto (?) Replied that only after my insistence on having precise information on the delivery time, he contacted the driver directly.
I would like to point out that the package was sent to me by others and therefore I did not choose your service, but rest assured that I will strongly advise against it every time that happens to me.
