Spedizione effettuata venerdì. Avrebbe dovuto essere recapitata entro martedì ad Olbia ed invece se ne sono perse le tracce, facendomi fare una pessima figura con il destinatario. Unfortunately I have to change my assessment. The helpfulness and courtesy of the staff are of little use if the service you pay for is bad. Shipping made on Friday. It should have been delivered by Tuesday in Olbia and instead they have lost track of it, making me make a bad impression with the recipient.

I find the lady who manages the shop very useful and is a perfect problem solving and in this activity it never hurts. I found myself very well.

Addirittura oggi si sono inventati che hanno concordato ( non si sa con chi) una consegna con il destinatario per domani.. Pessimi! But what couriers do you hire? Ma qui il corriere non si è mai visto, non è mai arrivato all'indirizzo indicato. Siamo nel 2021, ci vuole tanto a inserire un indirizzo su google maps e arrivare alla destinazione esatta? Adesso devo andare a ritirare in sede. Servizio pessimo. Una stella è già troppo! The product is delivered twice putting the recipient as absent. Era un regalo che mi serviva per domani ma purtroppo non potrò fare la sorpresa, ci tenevo tantissimo perché era da parte di mio figlio 10 mesi x il papà. Come mai non consegnate venerdì e sabato? Mi é proprio dispiaciuto non avere il panno in tempo. Hello I have a parcel stopped in Crotone because they do not deliver on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, I sent to collect it but they did not want to give the package. It was a gift that I needed for tomorrow but unfortunately I will not be able to surprise it, I was very keen on it because it was from my 10 month old son x dad.
