★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Abito in un condominio con molte famiglie e non ci conosciamo tra di noi. L'ultima consegna non solo l'ha recapitata ad un altro interno perchè noi non c'eravamo, ma non sono riuscita ad avere il rimborso dall'azienda perchè il corriere ha fatto la dichiarazione che lui ha consegnato nel luogo previsto e che il primo che gli ha aperto ha dato la merce... Chiamato la filiale di competenza che "scarica" al corriere che dice che il problema è mio e non riesce a dirmi neppure il nome a cui ha consegnato perchè non è un ufficiale e non può chiedere documenti
e sulla firma c'è una sigla sulla firma... Manca molto la professionalità. Se chiami mi hanno passato 2 persone e si appellano dicendo che hanno consegnato all'indirizzo e loro per legge non possono chiedere i documenti. Per cui non solo non ho ricevuto la merce ma rimesso il costo... Se vedo che un cliente usa loro come spedizioniere dico di farmi un fermo deposito. Andata ieri e ho aspettato quasi mezz'ora per entrare perchè una persona aveva la delega e la pratica era lunga... fuori si è formato la coda... velocizzate il sistema.

and on the signature there is an abbreviation on the signature ... There is a lot of professionalism. If you call, 2 people have passed me and they appeal saying that they have delivered to the address and by law they cannot ask for documents. So not only have I not received the goods but I have remitted the cost ... If I see that a customer uses them as a forwarding agent, I say to make a firm deposit. Went yesterday and I waited almost half an hour to enter because one person had the proxy and the practice was long ... a queue formed outside ... speed up the system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai una volta senza problemi: i pacchi arrivano SEMPRE aperti e/o rovinati, non consegnano mai nei tempi prestabiliti. Sono gli unici trasportatori con cui c'è sempre qualcosa che non va. Ormai sono arrivato al punto che quando devo ordinare le cose online se vedo che usano Bartolini evito di fare l'ordine.
Never once without problems: packages ALWAYS arrive open and / or damaged, they never deliver on time. They are the only transporters with which there is always something wrong. By now I have gotten to the point that when I have to order things online if I see that they use Bartolini I avoid placing the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wcześniej niż o 11 nie ma po co wjeżdżać. Gościu od podstawiania naczep mówi pod którą rampę, po podjechaniu idziemy do biura z papierami i po rozładunku po papiery i wyjazd. Sam rozładunek szybko ale trochę trzeba odczekać

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expecting my parcel from last 15 days. Didnt arrive yet. First time i called they said today we will deliver, not arrived! Again i called they answered the parcel is not arrived yet ij italy instead the app giving me information that the parcel is at delivery centre.

I’ve lost count of the amount of times this lot have promised delivery between a certain time, only to miss that time, give another time that same day, and then not delivery at all! With all the unemployment here in Italy, I’m sure I can find someone more competent and grateful to do a better job than them!
Update....nothing changing with this awful firm. A parcel which should have arrived last Wednesday is now a week day with only 3 days to Christmas. They did the same thing last year ( No COVID as an excuse then) and ended up delivering the item after the new year!
A message for the Boss of BRT here in Italy....You have known about Christmas for over 2000 years....you and your company are not fit for purpose!
