Ho preso un materasso a molle elicoidali che mi fa riposare benissimo. E' il modello "siesta" che avevo già comprato alcuni anni or sono per la mia casa di Verona e che proprio oggi sono tornato a comprare per la casa in montagna. Assolutamente da provare. Ad oggi, 12 Gennaio 2022, ancora nessun riscontro da parte del proprietario. A volte ci si affida ad artigiani sperando di trovare serietà, ma vi consiglio spassionatamente di non acquistare da Petterflex. In risposta alla sua del 29 Gennaio, comunico che chiedere dell'altezza e rigidità dopo la consegna, credo sia lecito, vista la prova effettuata prima dell'ordine su articolo apparentemente diverso. Allego foto in cui si evince la parte sfondata; la richiesta di sopralluogo è stata fatta a fine Novembre e oggi, 29 Gennaio, dovete ancora uscire, quindi invece di scrivere che ci inventiamo scuse perché non soddisfatti dell'articolo acquistato, vi invito ad uscire per verificarne il difetto visivo e al tatto. Sicuri della vostra professionalità tanto descritta, vi attendiamo per discutere e valutare la miglior soluzione. I attach photos showing the broken part; the request for an inspection was made at the end of November and today, January 29, you still have to go out, so instead of writing that we make excuses because we are not satisfied with the item purchased, I invite you to go out to check the visual and tactile defect.
