Purtroppo il 29 di settembre è deceduto ,evento non prevedibile e doloroso. Oggi 5 ottobre ho chiesto se il prodotto nuovo si poteva rendere visto le circostanze.ma mi hanno negato la trattativa, penso che un tecnico sarebbe potuto passare ver costatare il prodotto ancora nuovo ,pagata in contanti , e la famiglia non li richiedeva alla consegna come il negozio.RITENGO POCO PROFESSIONALE L'atteggiamento .Almeno 20 giorni dopo l acquisto specialmente online e di questo prezzo siano concessi. Ho comprato per mio padre disabile al 100% rete elettrica e materasso. sono stati molto seri nel richiedere la documentazione formale. Ottimi prodotti sia la rete che il materasso. Unico neo ma nn credo dipenda da loro lo spedizioniere gls ha disatteso orari richiesti messaggi lasciati (in pratica volevano consegnare quando e come pareva loro). Anche sgarbati quando ho fatto notare che i cartoni di involucro erano conciati malissimo segno che caricano e smontano nel più totale menefreghismo e sbattendo gli oggetti. Ho infatti preso la merce con riserva di controllo. Prego salute center di effettuare reclamo formale a gls per quanto accaduto nella consegna. Resto ripeto merce e sito professionale ed impeccabile.
