Siamo stati accolti da un venditore che, nel cercare di indagare il nostro bisogno, ci ha posto delle domande (anche personali) che nulla centravo nel capire meglio le nostre esigenze. Alla nostra richiesta di avere un preventivo formalizzato, prima ci ha detto “ ma certamente” per poi iniziare un discorso sul rapporto qualità/ prezzo di cui non abbiamo capito il senso. Morale della favola siamo usciti dallo store più confusi di prima ma, ancor più grave, senza alcun preventivo in mano. Bad experience. We were greeted by a salesman who, in trying to investigate our need, asked us questions (including personal ones) that had nothing to do with understanding our needs better. When we asked for a formalized estimate, he first said “but certainly” and then began a discussion on the quality / price ratio of which we did not understand the meaning. Moral of the story we left the store more confused than before but, even more serious, without any estimate in hand.

Eravamo andati per i materassi di mia suocera ....siamo usciti con i suoi due materassi singoli, un materasso matrimoniale per noi e anche il letto nuovo ? preso a pagamento e non in promozione ma merita veramente tanto. Unica pecca di questo posto l attesa, c'è solo una commessa molto professionale ma consiglio di andarci ad orari di apertura che forse è meglio o di mettere una commessa in più ? Mi spiace va bene capire la persona che si ha di fronte ma non si puo chiedere di servire il cliente che è appena entrato quando io come già specificato non avevo nessuna esperienza nella vendita di materassi. L ho trovato un colloquio davvero umiliante quando il signore mi dice: ma lei fin ora ha venduto cose che non si possono paraganore al nostro prodotto dandomi quasi dell incapace e sminuendo il mio percorso lavorativo. Non mi aspettavo di essere assunto assolutamente anche perché grazie a dio ho gia un lavoro pero l ho trovato davvero poco professionale anche perché il rispetto è la prima cosa. Bad interview ... I'm sorry it's okay to understand the person in front of you but you can't ask to serve the customer who has just entered when I, as already specified, had no experience in selling mattresses. I found it a really humiliating interview when the gentleman tells me: but up to now you have sold things that cannot be compared to our product, almost giving me incompetence and diminishing my career path. I didn't expect to be hired absolutely also because thank god I already have a job but I found it really unprofessional also because respect is the first thing.

Purtroppo non ho potuto acquistare da loro in quanto la misura a me necessaria 140 (letto francese) costava di più della classica misura matrimoniale 160 essendo per loro un fuori misura. Pur non avendo quindi provato i loro prodotti consiglio questo negozio per la professionalità della commessa Very kind, patient and prepared saleswoman. Unfortunately I was unable to buy from them as the size 140 I needed (French bed) cost more than the classic double size 160 as it was oversized for them. Even though I haven't tried their products, I recommend this shop for the professionalism of the saleswoman
