★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio della tranvia è la cosa più comoda e utile che si poteva fare in una città come Firenze, attualmente sono liee insostituibili ad altri mezzi di trasporto. Però sono dell'idea che, i treni sulle linee dovrebbero essere incrementati al massimo specialmente nelle ore di punta, per ovviare al sopra-affollamento, che in questo periodo di pandemia, diventa un problema per la mancanza di rispetto ed educazione, da parte di alcuni passeggeri che se ne fregano altamente di rispettare le regole. Salgano, persone senza mascherina e non c'è mai il personale addetto al controllo, per far rispettare le norme in vigore. Chiedo, ma la Società che gestisce tale servizio è in attivo??? Perché a pagare i biglietti siamo in pochi. Più controlli perfavore e fate rispettare le regole.

They go up, people without a mask and there is never the control staff, to enforce the rules in force. I ask, but the company that manages this service is active ??? Because few people pay for the tickets. More check please and enforce the rules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can buy bus tickets for traveling inside Florence here!! It is such a struggle to buy them from tobacco stores as their hours vary and some don't have them. Finally found some at the automat here, it accepted card and cash!
